Empire State Capital Partners holds another New Ukraine investment conference

The annual New Ukraine Conference has taken place in Kyiv. It was organized by Empire State Capital Partners for the fifth time

General partners included Ukrlandfarming, a Ukrainian agricultural giant, and Thomson Reuters, a top international media consortium. RECOM, the biggest producer of solar panels in Europe, was the Energy Partner.

Technical support was provided by the High Castle investment platform. Turkish Airlines was the official carrier for the conference. Conference Partners included Astarta organic business center, Khortytsa, the brand of absolute quality, and Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Foundation as their charity partner.

Empire State Capital Partners is hosting the fifth International Investment Conference New Ukraine. It will take place on May17 at the Parkovy center in Kyiv

 

  • The conference brings together investors, government officials, business leaders, CEOs of big companies and representatives of SMEs. It features nine panels with a special focus on venture investment in new technologies as a key vector of the future technological breakthrough of Ukraine’s economy.

EIB to invest about EUR800 mln in Ukraine in 2016

The European Investment Bank (EIB) intends to invest about EUR800 million in projects in Ukraine in 2016, while in future mulls the annual funding of up to EUR1 billion for the country, EIB Senior Corporate Banker Jean-Jacques Soulacroup has told Interfax-Ukraine on the sidelines of the fourth international investment conference New Ukraine in Kyiv.

No More Trust

The Trust Bank shareholders came under the sanctions of the Russian Federation.

The Russian bank Trust in under the temporary administration. Now, they are trying to find a new investor. Bank of Russia has revealed fraud in the financial statements and threatened to impose sanctions on the bank whose management owns the same name Ukrainian bank Trust. This will complicate the prospects of the institution.
